RI moms get right to breast-feed in public -

RI moms get right to breast-feed in public - Boston.com Go RI!!!

Rhode Island is now one of 41 states to have passed laws affirming a
mother's right to breast-feed in public, according to the National Conference of
State Legislatures. Nearly all the laws have been enacted since the
mid-1990s.

"There is a trend toward more acceptance of breast-feeding," said Dr.
Sandra Musial, a pediatrician who supported the legislation and co-founded the
Physicians' Committee for Breastfeeding in Rhode Island. "It's becoming more
mainstream."

Public nursing has become something that society is accepting. The more moms choose to breastfeed the more society will accept this natural ability to feed our babies!

why this country dont make a law for places to have a sign just like the no smoking one for breastfeeding? because if i go to a place where they dont let me breastfeed i wont even go in there. Or just how they have smoking rooms in some airports every city or place shloud have a room for breastfeeding. i dont mind breastfeeding in public but if people think we should not do it public then make it a law for pleces to have a breastfeeding room for us. and a sign that actually tells you if you are allow or not to do it, intead of them just kicking you out of some place just cause they dont like you to feed your baby.
