I shared a room with my lil bro for a long time. I think he moved out when I was like 10? We had bunk beds and spent the nights up late talking and goofing around. Happy memories. I think it's good for kids to share a room and learn that give and take that will serve them well as adults. Think about it, there are very few times in our life where we truely have our "own rooms"... college dorm life, roomates (or moving home again) after college and eventually sharing with a spouse and then your kids!
